Agent MO, while on holiday, meets the beautiful but deadly Agent D.Woods, a member of the AIA (Atlanta Intelligence Agency) in a clandestine multi-departmental operation to stop the sinister Dr. Zeiss and his nihilistic mercenaries from destroying the Millennium Soiree, a supernatural gathering of an elite society that happens once every one thousand years. D.Woods is sent to discover who's got control of the western seaboard and teaming up with MO finds that the real villain is someone who knows the secret of the triple-07 society. The old villain friend of MO, sends his best assassin, Veronica Sonnar, as she plans to destroy the predestined event but MO & D.Woods soon find out that there is more threat to the situation than just some pipeline sabotage.
